Access Keys:
Arrival
School playground gates open at 8.30am. Pupils should not arrive before this time when formal supervision begins.
In inclement weather conditions, coats should be worn in playground. On wet days all children will be supervised in the assembly hall.
Teaching staff collect their class from the playground at 8.50am.
Any children arriving after this point are to enter school via the main school entrance.
Morning Break
Weather permitting all children will go outside for morning break (10.30 - 10.-45am) where they are supervised by teachers.
On wet days children remain in their classroom where they will be seated and engaged in quiet activities (reading/drawing/talking).
Lunch
During the lunch break pupils are supervised by Supervisory Assistants both in the dining hall and in the playground.
There are two sittings in the dining hall from:
12.10 - 12.30pm (P1 – P4)
12.35 – 12.55pm (P4 – P7)
Packed lunches are also supervised in the dining hall.
On wet days all children will remain in their classroom engaged in quiet purposeful activities and supervised by supervisory assistants.
