Our sense of smell, touch and taste were put into action on Friday when we tried out some traditional Chinese food. Firstly, we talked about, sensed and identified some of the common ingredients used in the cooking process. Secondly, we were able to recall some of the Chinese food that our Chinese visitors spoke about when in with us on Wednesday. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, we were able to taste some of the food. We are so proud of our P1 crew as the majority of them tried the food. The Chinese noodles were favoured by most. Delighted to say limited wastage! Well done P1.
