Primary 5/6 recently enjoyed taking part in a challenge involving toothpaste! They had to get all of the toothpaste out of the tube, which they found very easy! They were then asked to put all of the toothpaste back inside the tube again but they struggled to do this. This little experiment reminded the pupils of how easy it is to say words but also that once those words are out, it is very difficult to take them back. We discussed the importance of thinking before we speak and considering how our words may make other people feel!
