Our challenge for maths day was to create a paper boat that would float. We were given one piece of card and then could use scrap paper for the rest of our design. Once we tested if they could float we started to add cubes to see how much cargo they could hold without sinking. Our winning boat held 155 cubes!
We then went to the ICT suite to play numeracy games.
