As a Take 5 school, we are always looking to promote the mental health and Wellbeing of all our wonderful pupils and staff.
To helps us follow our 5 steps to wellbeing we have developed a "Take 5 pledge" for our school. It is as follows:
I pledge to look after my mental wellbeing by finding ways to:
Connect - with the people around me
Be Active - in a way I enjoy
Take Notice - of my surroundings
Keep Learning - new skills
Give - what I can
It is displayed in all our classrooms in school and in each resource area.
We would encourage everyone to make this pledge and look after themselves and others.
