Black ink is made up of more than one colour...Prove it!
For this experiment we used a piece of filter paper, black pens and some water. First of all we drew a black dot in the centre of the filter paper. Then, very carefully, we dropped small amounts of water onto the dot. By dropping water this caused the ink to separate and spread out. We were able to see lots of different colours.
