P1 have been learning how to take care of a baby through their topic ‘My Once Upon a Time’. They were very excited to have a lovely visit from a P1 mummy and baby Annie this morning! P1 helped to take off her pyjamas, vest and nappy. They helped to bath her and were so gentle when using a sponge. They dried the baby, put a clean nappy on and helped to button her vest again. Some of us even got to nurse baby Annie and helped to give her a bottle. We all had a lovely morning and can’t wait to see baby Annie when she picks up her brothers from school!
