This term Niall from Pause Be came in to teach us Mindfulness. We learned how to control our breathing and how to help ourselves keep calm in different situations. He taught us about different parts of the brain and how it reacts. We also had a session on Mindful Eating. I think we all liked the chocolate better than the raisins!
