The P1 boys and girls certainly do not like to be cooped up inside for any length of time. On Wednesday, we put our winter coats on and carefully (or in some cases not so carefully....) explored the icy surface outside our classroom! We crunched through it with our feet and scraped and scrunched it with our hands. Some of us even got right down and tried to make 'Ice Angels'. We will definitely try this again in the snow at some stage if the weather allows! Cold hands when entering the classroom afterwards, however lots of ideas on how we could get our hands warm again.
