P1 have loved learning all about Chinese New Year. We have been using chopsticks to count pom poms, write numbers in Chinese and draw in the sand. We have been constructing the Great Wall of China and made our own Chinese Lanterns. We made dragons using play dough and K'nex. Our favourite thing about Chinese New Year was learning about the dragon dances!
